Kari England, manager and second generation Toad, says the Exchange is a perfect match for the 30-year-old shop: “The buildings are unique, the businesses have personality, and it is an area like no other. We are a destination store, and what better place to locate than in a destination area.”
If you’ve never been, don’t go when you’re on a timeline—kids will literally spend hours scouring the penny-candy version of loot bag toys, scoping the awesome science kits and being amazed by the in-store magician. You’ll no doubt be entertained as well, finding at least a half dozen retro toys from your childhood you simply must have.
